Bernard Matthews Toilet Refurbishment in Sunderland Project OVERVIEW

Market leader in turkey products Bernard Matthews, collaborated with FSC to improve employee amenities by updating staff restrooms at their Sunderland facility.

This project involved removing the existing staff restrooms and installing new, modern fixtures and fittings.

Toilet Refurbishment in Sunderland

Our initial objective was to remove the existing amenities to ensure proper installation of the new ones. Once the area was cleared, the team progressed to the next phases of the project, laying the groundwork for a renovated space designed to better meet the needs of our client’s staff. The improvements we implemented included:

WALLS, FLOORING & CEILING

The walls were finished with white tiles, complemented by a central band of green tiles encircling the room. Additionally, we upgraded the floor drainage system and installed high-quality stone-effect luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring, along with a suspended ceiling incorporating integrated lighting and associated electrical works.

INSTALLATION PHASE

The newly renovated restroom area was completed with the installation of new toilets, toilet cubicles, and wash basins, all selected to align with the client’s desired aesthetic. All plumbing installations were carried out by our in-house Mechanical Services Division.
