HILTON SEAFOOD GRIMSBY ALTERATION PROJECT OVERVIEW

Our client is a leading supplier of chilled fish to the UK retail market. Hilton Seafood, (Formerly Seachill) engaged with us to make essential changes to their Grimsby factory.

Due to a shift in their needs, the client required changes to their internal layout to provide room for high care and low care facilities. To do this, we took unused space from the cold store.

Increased production capabilities

We erected steelwork to support the changes to the factory layout

The laid resin floor is both hard-wearing and non-slip. In addition to this, bright colours are to improve visibility and reduce the risk of an accident.

The PVC-based hygienic wall cladding is non-porous and has no grouted areas that can easily harbour bacteria. It is easier to clean than traditional walls and tiles.

Completed changes. Fully operational production facilities signed off.

We also installed all the required hygienic machinery.
