Cranswick Salt & Smoke Office Refurbishment Overview
As part of wider facility refurbishments, our client, Cranswick Foods required alterations to modernise & repurpose the office area of their Gourmet Bacon facility in Sherburn-in-Elmet.
The client required a comfortable, yet professional, yet comfortable environment in which they could show their culinary innovations to their clients as well as facilities to create new products. Additionally, we upgraded their toilet facilities for an enhanced experience for staff and guests alike. To do this, they needed to renovate and reconfigure office & administerial space. We delivered an office refurbishment & installation project to meet their requirements.
LOCATION: SHERBURN-IN-ELMET
WHAT WE DID
The project began with stripping out all of their existing office facilities down to the walls. From this state, we delivered the following:
REDECORATING
We installed new carpet tile flooring and suspended ceilings throughout. In addition to this, we repainted all walls and installed and painted new skirting boards and architraves. As part of the project, FSC also supplied all new office furniture and installed all associated lighting.
INSTALLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
The addition of a new kitchenette gives staff a nearby location to get hot or cold refreshments. We also installed two glass-partitioned offices to provide senior members of the Cranswick office staff privacy when doing their job. Our team also made modifications to the stair rails and the supply and installation of bespoke shelving.
