March 2023 Projects Update
Q1 complete. As we apporoach Q2, here is a look back on what the FSC team have been up to and where in March:
Construction & Maintenance
On the construction and maintenance front, March has been another busy month:
Grimsby – Close to our HQ in Grimsby, FSC is currently working on the following projects;
- Works continue on our multi-stage facility extension project for New England Seafood International, follow us on our LinkedIn page for regular updates.
- We are working on several concurrent projects for Hilton Seafood at several sites, these include a new product development kitchen installation, pipe bridge extension and a cold store to dispatch conversion.
Elsham- Also in Northern Lincolnshire, we are currently undertaking a roof pod enlargement and machinery installation project.
Sunderland – On Wearside, FSC on working in partnership with iconic turkey processor Bernard on several projects and including;
- Office refurbishment
- Tray wash room installation
- General repair works in the production facility.
Hull – On the north bank of the Humber, general repair works continue as Cranswick Foods.
Bungay – Finally, we have created a new ingredients room 2 Sisters Food Group’s facility in the town, as well as resin flooring repair works.

Flooring
On top of our work commitments to domestic clients, the FSC Flooring Division have been across the region delivering the following commercial projects
Hull – Also at Cranswick Foods we have laid new resin flooring in a number of production environments.
Skendleby – We have installed new LVT plank flooring for a dog grooming studio.
Grimsby – Our team have have replace several carpet tile floors at Littlecoats Primary School.
Louth – Perhaps our largest and most time-consuming project of the month is our project at Louth Lower Academy where we are removing the current floor surfaces and replacing them with new carpet tiles totalling over 1000 sqm.
New Waltham – Finally, We have concluded a flooring and wetroom installation project for adapted accommodation specialists Oakshield.
