OUR RESPONSIBILITY
WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR CORPORATE & SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
FSC acknowledges that our construction and maintenance activities affect the communities in which we operate.
With this in mind, we work hand-in-hand with businesses that share our values so that we can deliver the most considerate service.
Being a local employer, our staff are central to our social responsibility strategy. We understand that business success much depends on the talents, experience and dedication of our team. Furthermore, we know our commitment to developing the skills of our team plays a significant role in our continued growth. With this in mind, we encourage all of our staff to take up training initiatives to enhance their skillset.
We show our commitment to strengthening bonds and improving relationships within our society through charitable donations and sponsorship.

CHARITY PARTNERSHIP
We partnered with The Eve Appeal as our Charity of the Year for 2021/22. The Eve Appeal is a national charity that funds research and raises awareness of the five gynaecological cancers – womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal.
For the 2022/23 period, We partnered with North East Lincolnshire Mind. The organisation ensures that anyone with a mental health problem in Grimsby, Cleethorpes and the surrounding areas has somewhere to turn for advice.
Our current charity partner is Humber Rescue. Humber Rescue is an independent charity which supplies fast-response search and rescue operations on the Humber Estuary. The organisation covers approximately 540 square miles of water including the River Hull, Trent, Ouse and the River Humber.
SPONSORSHIP
We believe that sport plays a significant part in growing up as a company. In addition to the health benefits sport also aids in the development of communication skills. Youth football plays an essential role in this and gives young people skills that will benefit them and the community as a whole in the long term.
We sponsor several youth football teams across the region as well as Jordan Rushby of Alliance Steel Racing.
