February 2023 Projects Update
February complete! Two months into 2023, team FSC is as busy as ever. Our team have travelled far and wide to deliver a whole host of services. Here is what we are up to and where:
Construction & Maintenance
Another busy month for the FSC team.
Grimsby – We are currently active on two sites in Grimsby.
- We are administering general repairs at one of Hilton Seafood’s production facilities.
- Works are ongoing on our multi-stage facility extension project for New England Seafood International.
Sleaford – Over in the South of Lincolnshire, we are laying resin flooring for Moy Park.
Hull – Another project close to home, on the north bank of the Humber, we are also implementing resin works at Cranswick Foods.
Sunderland – On Wearside, we are working with turkey processors Bernard Matthews on two projects:
- General repair works in the production facility.
- Development of new office facilities.

Flooring
In addition to several domestic works, the FSC Flooring Division have been across the region delivering the following commercial projects:
Immingham – We have undertaken wetroom installations for local building contractor ES Rudkin
Grimsby – We have also installed vinyl flooring at several Grimsby schools including Toll Bar an Reynolds Street.
Goole – Perhaps our largest and most time-consuming project of the month is a 1000 sqm lino installation in the canteen environment for Goole Academy.
New Waltham – Finally, we have undertaken a flooring and wetroom installation project for adapted accommodation specialists Oakshield.
